Core Values

a. Creativity: To win the pre-Christian we believe we must present the Gospel of Jesus Christ in fresh, creative ways (illustrated messages, dramas, video, etc.)

b. Flexibility: Just because a program or ministry reached the pre-Christians yesterday doesn’t mean it is effective today. We believe to give hope to our world we must be willing to continually change our methods but not the message.

c. Excellence: We believe that anything worth doing (especially for Jesus) is worth doing right. We strive to do everything with excellence so that we may attract the pre-Christian to Jesus.

d. Circle of Friends: As we grow larger, we will continue to grow smaller. Circle of Friends allows us to remain small and minister effectively and personally as we grow larger corporately.

e. Diversity is celebrated: Every person is priceless and unique! Our personal unique qualities can become our strengths! Hope Church is a safe place for ALL people to explore life’s questions.

f. This generation: We value children and youth! Hope Church commits weekly to helping kids discover how much God loves them and the great plan He has for their life.

g. Biblical authority: We believe the Bible is the God speaking to mankind and it is relevant for today. Everything we do and say is rooted in scripture. The Bible is our map!

h. Every member is a minister: Hope Church values the gifts God places among us. We are committed to helping every person discover their unique spiritual gifts, and equipping them to practice them in meaningful ministry.
